This is how we work – step-by-step

You are involved by us in developing the documentation only as long as you wish.
Step 1: Concept
You present us your software and we develop a concept in which the following points are determined:
- Constructing the documentation
- Extent of manual and online help (depending on the target group and the usage purpose)
Step 2: Introduction
Consequently, we receive an introduction to the software. The introduction's length depends on the software's extent, which we should describe.
Step 3: Editing
And then we get going: we describe your software and develop well structured and user-friendly documentation. In addition, we research and select the information for the user and bring this into a easily viewable and process-oriented structure.
Step 4: Print management
We take over the complete printing process, from organization up to completion and delivery. This means: we contact printing companies and monitor prompt completion and delivery of the manuals.
As you can see, your cost for documentation can be significantly reduced in the future. In addition, other benefits are realized: we do not need your software for certainly any longer than your employees for the documentation, since we write manuals and online help every day as well as have experience in this regard.
